Before a strategy can touch protocol capital, it has to pass five stages.
1. Shadow Swarm
AI generates and backtests thousands of candidate strategies before any capital is at stake.
The Autonomous Trading Engine (ATE) uses evolutionary algorithms and Transformer models to write thousands of strategies. The Shadow Data Swarm backtests them in parallel, using Moving Block Bootstrap and White's Reality Check to weed out strategies that only fit past data.
